The Housing and Urban Planning Department (HUPD), Government of Utar Pradesh in collaboration with High Level Committee (HLC) formed by Government of India (GOl) for Urban Planning organised the “Uttar Pradesh Regional Planning Conclave 2023′ to bring together city officials, stake holders, and experts to deliberate on the process of regional planning in the State. Discussions focussed on the unique potential and opportunities for the broad economic geography divisions; share global and national best practices in regional planning; and enable knowledge sharing and strategic thinking. The process of regional planning has already been initiated for the delineated Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region (UPSCR).
The conclave was organised on 26h and 27h May 2023 at Taj Hotel, Gomti Nagar Lucknow.
