Indian IPR in the Age of COVID-19

This was a virtual discussion on how IP protections have been key to addressing the current pandemic as well as how the U.S. and India can work together towards fact-based solutions for IP challenges in the biopharmaceutical space. Dr. Kapoor shared his views on Indian IPR in the Age of COVID-19 on December 3, 2020 at a virtual session organised by GIPC. The other panellists are as follows:
